Privacy

This site has no cookies and no analytics. It stores only what you give it to send you the checklist.

What is stored

• Your email address, the wording you agreed to and when, and whether you confirmed.
• The YouTube video whose link brought you here, if you came from one.
• A one-way scrambled form of your connection address (never the address itself), used only to stop abuse.
• Links to the site are counted per video and day, with no information about the person.

Why

To send you the Supplement Label Checklist and occasional plain-language supplement notes from Healththusiast. Occasionally one of those notes may be about a product made by LongLifeNutri, the team behind this channel. We say so in the email.

How long

An address that is never confirmed is deleted after 30 days. A confirmed address stays until you unsubscribe; after that only a record of the address is kept so you are not added again by mistake.

Who sees it

The email service that delivers our messages (Resend) and the people who run Healththusiast. We do not sell or share the list.

Your choices

Every email has an unsubscribe link. To see, correct or delete what we hold, write to contact@healththusiast.com.
